Account settings

Check out how to properly manage your account.

To go to settings, in the upper right corner of the panel, click on the last visible icon. Your account menu will open. Select the Settings tab.

Account

In this tab:

  • you will accept / reject email notifications (newsletter),

  • change your password

  • enable/disable Erotica category

  • change your localization settings: the language of the application, the default currency and the country in which you sell

  • you will irreversibly delete your account.

Billing data

  • Enter the data on the basis of which your plan will be invoiced in Droplo.

  • Select whether the invoices are to be issued to a company or an individual.

  • Check your invoice history.

Order settings

  • Invoice data (issued by suppliers);

  • Delivery addresses for your orders (for suppliers).

Subscription and payments

After registering a new free Seller account, in the Subscription and payments tab you can:

  • check your active services and available product limit,

  • buy a certain amount of Droplo Coins,

  • activate selected subscription services.

Initially, each new account receives a default limit of 25 products and 20 DCs (Droplo Coins).

This means that you will be able to save up to 25 products from different suppliers in the MY DROPLO - Products tab to then upload to your sales channels.

You can use Droplo Coins to generate translations of names and descriptions, and generate your own descriptions, through Droplo AI.

If you have activated a subscription for a selected integration or increased your product limit, the Subscription and payments tab will already look slightly different.

  • First of all, you will see here information about the subscription fee (monthly or annual). The amount here is net. Below you will see when the first/next payment is scheduled.

  • If you have launched a trial integration on your account, you can check until when you can use it free of charge (e.g. Active until: 01 October 2024).

  • By selecting the Cancel service function, you will end access to all activated integrations. If you want to cancel only one of the services, use the trash can icon in its row in the Active services section.

  • By going to Manage subscription you will check the current payment method for active services. You can add a new method and select a default one, as well as check your invoice history.

Clicking on an invoice will check its details.
