Dashboard
The first tab of the main menu will take you to the Dashboard - a list of first steps after registering a new account. The tips will help you quickly get familiar with the platform and start selling products.
Integrations
In this tab, you can check all the ready-made integrations available in Droplo with e-commerce platforms and additional platform tools (Droplo Trends / External Offer Importer).

Remember that before trying any integration, you should decide whether you are interested in a monthly or annual subscription. After the trial period ends, your first payment (monthly or annual) will be automatically charged.
CATALOG
Find products
This is the main product database containing offers from all suppliers integrated with Droplo. It allows you to search for products by category, name, or EAN code.
You can also filter products, for example, by price, stock status, manufacturer, or supplier. Additionally, you can filter products from suppliers cooperating in dropshipping or with individuals (without registered business activity).
Important! All prices in the main product catalog in Droplo are gross (including tax).
Additionally, prices most often refer to a single unit of the product, but multipacks may also be available. To avoid unnecessary complications, we recommend reviewing the detailed product descriptions.
You can manage each product in 2 ways:
A. Add to cart - the product will be added to your shopping cart, which is available in the top right corner of the panel.
Next, from the cart, you can order products from the selected supplier:
B. Add to my products - the product will be saved in the MY DROPLO section - Products:
Find a supplier
The next tab is a list of all suppliers integrated with the Droplo platform.
You can sort and filter the list to check which suppliers:
accept returns
collaborate in the Dropshipping model,
collaborate with individuals (unregistered business activity)
You can go to the supplier's store, using the button in the preview of any supplier on the list:
In the store, you can filter and sort the products of the selected supplier. Additionally, you can check the terms of trade and privacy policy before starting cooperation with the supplier.
Each supplier in Droplo may have certain designations:
Dropshipping - the supplier operates in the Dropshipping model (ships products directly to the end customer)
Green icon - the supplier accepts and processes orders within the Droplo platform
Blue icon - the supplier accepts product returns
Want to contact the supplier?
Use Droplo Business Chat - a built-in communicator with suppliers. You can open it by clicking the chat icon in the supplier's store.
When you activate the supplier's offer (start working with them), you can also return to the communicator by using the chat icon in the top right corner of your Seller Panel.
Attention! Remember that not every supplier agrees to cooperate with individuals. In such cases, when you want to start cooperation or save a product from their offer, you will receive a request to provide company details. Otherwise, cooperation will not be established.
After entering the company details, accept the terms of trade and the privacy policy.
After acceptance, your account will appear among the supplier's contractors in their Admin Panel.
MY DROPLO
Products
Here you will find all the products you have saved. From this place, you can also list products in your sales channel connected to Droplo (read more). You can search for products by their names or EAN codes, as well as use the available filters and sorting options.
Suppliers
This is a list of your suppliers from Droplo's internal database, with whom you have already established cooperation. From here, you can message any supplier via the Droplo Business Chat, go to their store (by clicking the supplier's name), or end the cooperation (trash icon).
Orders
In this tab, you can send orders to suppliers and then monitor their fulfillment. You can open the card of a specific order by clicking on the order number.
Order Automation
If you have uploaded a product for Allegro or Droplo Shops integration, after your customer orders this product, a draft order to the supplier will be automatically created in Droplo. You only need to complete it (delivery and payment method) and send it to the supplier's account.

Droplo Trends
Droplo Trends is a new and groundbreaking feature of the Droplo platform, created specifically with Dropshipping sales in mind. It provides users with advanced analytics based on real sales results of top products from the e-commerce market. This service is available in the Pro and Enterprise plans.

Droplo Shops
Droplo Shops is a comprehensive service that allows you to quickly set up your own Dropshipping store. Regardless of your level of experience, within the selected subscription plan, you can create even several professional online stores.
