IdoSell Integration

Find out how to link Droplo with IdoSell and how to export products to this sales channel.

If you're already selling through the IdoSell platform, it only takes a few steps to link your account to Droplo.

Installation

Go to the Select integrations tab and click Try the integration under the IdoSell tab.

You will be taken to the tab for setting the product limit and activating the 7-day free trial period for the integration.

Determine how many products you want to be able to upload from Droplo to your shop.

On the right you will see a summary of your choices. Click the Enable button to move on.

At this point, link your payment card to Droplo and start the trial period.

You can end your trial period at any time before the full 7 days have elapsed. To do this, go to your account settings and to the Subscription and payment tab.

Then use the Cancel service function or click the bin icon next to the service you do not wish to continue.

Once IdoSell has been activated in Droplo, go to the My Integrations tab and then use the Manage integration button.

You will then be taken to a window that allows you to establish a connection with IdoSell. Fill in the blanks with your IdoSell authorization data:

Then click Connect to save your changes and connect to your IdoSell account.

You will be taken to IdoSell Exporter by Droplo, where you can easily configure integration parameters such as:

  1. Global price markup (1)

  2. Currency (2)

  3. Automatic synchronization of prices and inventories (3)

  4. Product export language (4)

  5. Value of tax (5)

When you have completed the configuration on this page, use the Save button (6).

If you have already created categories in the IdoSell dashboard, you need to map these categories with Droplo before exporting products to the sales channel.

Important! Category mapping will only be available if at least 1 product from any supplier is saved in your list.

Go to the Category Mapping tab (1) and assign Droplo categories to related versions of categories from your store (2).

When you have finished assigning each category in the list, click the Save button (3).

Note: Each time you save more products with different categories in your list, you will need to map the new categories in the sync settings so that the products can be uploaded to IdoSell.

After saving your category mapping settings, you can go to the My Products tab and export the selected listings to IdoSell via the More Actions -> Add to Sales Channels function.

A new window will appear where you can choose which integration you want to upload products to. If the integration has encountered errors, e.g. with the connection, a message will appear at the top of the window.

In this case, check again if the configuration has been done correctly on the Droplo side as well as on the IdoSell side.

Note: If you want to remove products from IdoSell, don't do it on the side of your sales channel. Remember to always manage your listings from Droplo.

This is because Droplo is the source for updating products in your store. Operating on products outside of Droplo may cause sync issues.

However, if you do not want prices or inventory to be updated automatically on the store side, change the synchronization settings for your IdoSell integration.
